Compassionate, Evidence-Based Mental Health Care
Rooted In Faith And Centered On You.
About Me
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 12 years of experience in the mental health field. Licensed in New Jersey and New York, I provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adolescents and adults.
I am experienced in treating a broad spectrum of conditions, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and trauma-related conditions.
My approach is holistic—addressing the mind, body, and soul with intention and clinical precision. I believe true healing goes beyond managing symptoms. It involves restoring balance, building resilience, and rediscovering clarity, purpose, and peace.
Through comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, individualized medication management, and supportive therapeutic guidance, each treatment plan is thoughtfully tailored to reflect the unique needs and lived experiences of every individual.
Faith & Care
My faith in God is foundational to the way I serve. It shapes a standard of care grounded in compassion, integrity, and unwavering respect for every person.
While faith is never imposed, I offer an environment where those who desire it may incorporate a Christ-centered perspective into their healing journey.
I believe that when aligned thoughtfully, faith in God and mental health care can work in harmony, bringing peace in moments of anxiety, clarity in times of uncertainty, and strength through life’s most challenging seasons.
At the core of my work is a clear and unwavering mission: to help you heal, grow, and regain control of your life through compassionate, high-quality care, enhanced, when desired, by faith in God as a source of strength and renewal.
“Faith. Hope. Healing.” is more than a tagline. It is the foundation of the care you will receive.
